- Incorrect candidate name, photograph, party, position, electoral area or status.
- Duplicate or misleading candidate profiles.
- Incorrect poll title, options, region or candidate association.
- Material factual errors in news or public-information content.
- Privacy concerns involving information displayed publicly.
- Suspected technical issues affecting poll participation or Results access.
How to submit a correction
Use the Contact Us form and describe the issue clearly. Where possible, include the affected page, the information you believe is incorrect, the corrected information and any reliable supporting material.
Review process
We may compare the request with platform records, candidate submissions, public sources or other reliable evidence. For sensitive or disputed candidate information, we may ask the requester to provide additional verification before making a change.
Where a material error is confirmed, we may correct, update, temporarily unpublish or annotate the affected information.
Poll records and payment disputes
Corrections to descriptive information do not permit alteration of valid recorded votes. Suspected payment or technical errors are reviewed against payment-provider and platform records.
Good-faith requests
Correction channels must not be used to harass candidates, suppress legitimate information or submit knowingly false claims. We may restrict abusive or repetitive submissions.
Privacy
Contact details and supporting information provided during a correction request are used for review and support purposes and are not published merely because a request was submitted.
